My talk is devoted to the relative version of Kontsevich's formality theorem. This version was proposed by G. Felder and A.S. Cattaneo in math.QA/0501540 and it establishes the formality for the DGLA of multidifferential operators acting on the exterior algebra of the conormal bundle of an arbitrary smooth submanifold C in a smooth manifold M. I will mention applications of this result to the quantum reduction and to the conjectural correspondence between the category of Poisson manifolds with dual pairs as morphisms and the category of deformation quantization algebras with bimodules as morphisms.Date: Thursday, February 09, 2006
