I will discuss an idea how, using Kashiwara-Shapira notion of a quantized contact transform, one can construct a dg-category (over Novikov's ring of formal exponentials) for each symplectic manifold provided that its first Chern class vanishes. I will also show a couple of simple examples which show that this category should have some similarity to the Fukaya's category.
