I will discuss the relation between the construction of the Ooguri-Vafa metric by the method of Gaiotto-Moore-Neitzke and wall-crossing formulas in mirror symmetry. In particular, we will see how the Ooguri-Vafa metric is related to nontrivial holomorphic discs with boundary in special Lagrangian torus fibers.
