A Riemannian manifold M has constant vector curvature k=-1, 0, or 1 if each tangent vector to M lies in a tangent plane of curvature k. I'll discuss several classification results for three-manifolds of constant vector curvature. The talk will be based on joint work with Jon Wolfson.
