We will discuss infinite families of polynomials that naturally arise in higher dimensional complex analysis. We will see connections with linear algebra, number theory, group theory, combinatorics, and orthogonal polynomials. I will also highlight some of my recent work with two undergraduates, and I will mention accessible research questions for undergraduates along the way.
